In our calculation, we attribute 1% causality to the
infrastructure, which is highly conservative (10x).
Since this value is constant, it does not impact comparisons
between diagnostics.
However, when interpreting results, it’s essential to
remember that we’ve reduced infrastructure's role by a factor
of ten — and consequently the risk cost for which
it is responsible (see the denominator of the safety ROI
threshold defined below).
