A first exchange to get acquainted and assess mutual interest. It's an introductory meeting where we verify potential compatibility. No preparation is needed; we hear each other out, understand expectations, and decide if we proceed further.
2 / In-person interview

In person
We will start with a comprehensive review of your background, skills, and project contributions. Then, we will proceed to a hands-on session on a real project. We may also invite you to suggest improvements and outline a high-level plan for new features.
3 / Closing exchange

During this exchange, we answer your questions to ensure alignment between your expectations and the role. You can ask any questions you have about the position, the team, or the company. It's also an opportunity for us to clarify points concerning responsibilities, objectives, and prospects. This exchange ensures that we are aligned.
